Everything in one place

Everything a growing rental business needs

From the first booking to the month-end report, the daily work of a property lives in one product.

  • Rent, auto-generated

Invoices raise themselves every month, prorated to the day for anyone who joins or leaves mid-period. Reminders go out before and after the due date on their own.

  • UPI and cash, reconciled

Tenants pay by UPI deep-link or QR, or hand over cash. Every payment is claimed, checked and approved before it is marked settled, so nothing is counted twice.

  • Electricity, split fairly

Every room has its own meter. A caretaker walks the month-end meter round, the reading can be captured from a photo, and the bill is split across the people who lived there, by days.

  • Every bed, one screen

A live bed grid across every property you run, room by room, with who owes what the moment you open it.

  • Bookings and verification

Hold a bed with a booking fee before move-in. The police-verification form is filled from the details already on record when someone checks in.

  • Documents and agreements

Agreements, ID proofs and tenant files kept per person, so the paperwork is never in someone's phone gallery.

  • Visitors and complaints

Complaints are raised, assigned and closed in one queue, and visitors are logged, so the caretaker and the owner see the same picture.

  • Laundry and attendance

A laundry queue per property from drop-off to pickup, and an attendance kiosk for properties that need to know who is in.

  • Reports that export

Revenue, occupancy, profit and payment reports on demand. Export to CSV or Excel and hand it straight to your accountant.

How it works

From empty rooms to a closed month in four steps

  1. Set up your properties

Add each property with its rooms and beds. Hostel, PG, co-living, studio or flat, the same screen runs all of it.

  2. Move tenants in

Check-in with the deposit, the agreement and the verification form, filled from details already on record.

  3. Collect rent

Monthly invoices, prorated to the day. Tenants pay by UPI or cash; you approve; reminders handle the chasing.

  4. Close the month

The meter round is read, electricity is split between occupants, and reports export for your accountant.

The product

The same data, from the owner’s desk to the tenant’s phone

Illustrative screens with sample figures. Move your pointer over them, or scroll, to look around.

  • Rent and UPI

Prorated invoices, a UPI QR on the tenant's phone, cash approved on yours. One ledger.

  • The meter round

A caretaker photographs each room's meter at month end; the bill splits across occupants by days.

  • Every role, one product

Owner, manager, accountant, caretaker, laundry, attendance and tenant each see their own slice.

Roles and security

Private by default. Role‑based by design.

Everyone who touches a property gets their own login and sees only what their job needs.

  • Private by default

The whole app sits behind an access code. Nothing here is open to the public.

  • One-time-passcode sign-in

Everyone signs in with a one-time passcode for their own phone number.

  • Each role sees only its work

Access is role-based and scoped to properties, so a caretaker cannot wander into the books.

Built with property owners. TENNO is shaped by how hostels and PGs really run: month-end meter rounds, mid-month move-ins, and cash and UPI arriving on the same day.

  • OwnerEvery property, all the money, all the reports.
  • ManagerRuns the day-to-day of the properties they are given.
  • AccountantPayments, invoices and reports for the books.
  • CaretakerWalks the property and records the meter round.
  • LaundryWorks the laundry queue and nothing else.
  • AttendanceMarks who is in, from the kiosk or by hand.
  • TenantTheir own app: dues, UPI, receipts and requests.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What kinds of property does TENNO run?
Hostels, PGs, co-living spaces, studios and flats. You can mix them: each property has its own rooms, beds, tenants and meters, and they all live under one login.
How do tenants pay rent?
By UPI, using a deep-link or a QR code, or in cash. A payment is claimed by the tenant and approved on your side before it is marked settled, so cash and UPI end up in the same ledger.
How is electricity billed?
Every room has its own meter. At month end a caretaker does the meter round, and a reading can be captured from a photo of the meter. The bill for the room is then split across the people who lived there, in proportion to the days each of them was in it.
Who can see what?
Access is role-based. Owner, manager, accountant, caretaker, laundry and attendance each get a login scoped to their own work, and tenants get their own app showing only their own dues and documents.
Do I need an access code?
Yes. TENNO is opened with an access code at the moment. Use the access button in the hero at the top of this page. If you do not have a code, there is a way to ask for one in the very next step.
Can I run more than one property?
Yes. Add as many properties as you run, in one city or several. Each keeps its own rooms, tenants, invoices and meter readings, and reports can be read across all of them.
How do I reach the team?
Email or call using the details in the footer. The team is based in Gurugram, India.

Your whole portfolio, one calm screen.

The way in is the single access button at the top of this page. Have your code ready, or ask for one there.
